Ingredients
- 1 stickButter
- 1 lbExtra Large or Jumbo Shrimp
- 2/3 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tbspItalian Seasoning
- 1 tbspMinced Garlic
- 1 Lemon
Method
- Firstly, Clean and devain the shrimp.
- Melt butter and sauté garlic In a medium sauce pan for a minute.
- Add shrimp and sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Cook covered for two mins.
- Squeeze halved lemon over shrimp and then sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
- Finally, Cook until shrimp turn white for another 2 mins .
