Garlic Lemon Butter Parmesan Shrimp



Ingredients

  • 1 stickButter
  • 1 lbExtra Large or Jumbo Shrimp
  • 2/3 cupGrated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tbspItalian Seasoning
  • 1 tbspMinced Garlic 
  • 1 Lemon




Method

  1. Firstly, Clean and devain the shrimp.
  2. Melt butter and sauté garlic In a medium sauce pan for a minute.
  3. Add shrimp and sprinkle on Italian seasoning. Cook covered for two mins.
  4. Squeeze halved lemon over shrimp and then sprinkle on Parmesan cheese.
  5. Finally, Cook   until shrimp turn white for another 2 mins .
