GLAZED RANCH CARROTS


INGREDIENTS
  • 4 cups ready-to-eat, peeled, baby carrots
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
  • 3 tablespoons butter



INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Firstly, Place carrots in a medium saucepan. Add 1 cup water. Bring carrots to a boil over medium-high heat. 
  2. Secondly, Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover with lid and cook carrots five to eight mins, or until slightly tender. Drain water.
  3. Stir in the brown sugar and Ranch seasoning mix and butter till mixed and butter is melted.
  4. Finally, Serve immediately. Enjoy!
