INGREDIENTS
- 4 cups ready-to-eat, peeled, baby carrots
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 (1 oz.) packet Ranch salad dressing & seasoning mix
- 3 tablespoons butter
INSTRUCTIONS
- Firstly, Place carrots in a medium saucepan. Add 1 cup water. Bring carrots to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Secondly, Reduce heat to medium-low. Cover with lid and cook carrots five to eight mins, or until slightly tender. Drain water.
- Stir in the brown sugar and Ranch seasoning mix and butter till mixed and butter is melted.
- Finally, Serve immediately. Enjoy!
What can I substitute, if I don't have the ranch dressing?
